Kishore Balasubramanian is an avid academician in information and communication engineering with over 20 years of experience. He holds a Ph.D. degree from Anna University, where his topic of research was Glaucoma detection using image processing and machine learning.He is currently working as Associate Professor and Head, Training & Placements, Dr. Mahalingam College of Engineering & Technology, and has organized many seminars and workshops. Kishore has a strong publication record with many publications and has been awarded several grants for academic projects. He has experience in career counselling, curriculum development, ISO auditing, project coordination, technical advisory, effective communication, and organizational abilities. He is actively involved in professional organizations and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for various esteemed journals.
