This internship provides hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
- Resume Screening
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews.
- HR Screening
Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Data Management
Maintain and update applicant tracking sheets and recruitment data.
- Campus Hiring Support
Assist HR team in campus drives, walk-in interviews, and internship programs.
- Onboarding Support
Follow up with selected candidates for documentation and joining formalities.
- Job Posting
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings.
- Internal Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Professional email drafting skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
