Inside Sales Intern

About the Role

PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern to assist the sales team with lead generation, client communication, and maintaining the sales pipeline. This role offers hands-on exposure to sales strategies, customer engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation

    Identify potential leads through online research and databases.

  • Client Outreach

    Contact prospects via calls, emails, and messages.

  • Service Explanation

    Explain company services and offerings to potential customers.

  • Lead Database Management

    Maintain and update the lead database.

  • Meeting Coordination

    Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.

  • Client Follow-ups

    Follow up with prospective clients for feedback and conversion.

  • Sales Presentation Support

    Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

  • Internal Coordination

    Coordinate with internal teams to support deal closures.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude

Preferred Skills

Interest in business development and sales
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
