Personal Information

Dr. Patri Sreehari Rao received the B.E. degree in electronics and communication engineering from Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India, in 1991, the M.E. degree in communication systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in mixed-signal IC design from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India, in 2010.,Currently, he is working as a Professor with the Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering at NIT Warangal. His research interests include analog/mixed-signal IC design, power management IC design, RF IC design, smart temperature sensors, and communication systems.
