By registering and making payment for any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refund Policy

• All fees paid to PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• Once enrolled, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
• Fees will not be refunded for any reason including absence, change in schedule, or personal issues.
• Batch or course transfers are strictly not permitted after confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy

PHN Technology does not accept cancellations once the registration process is completed and payment is made. Participants are advised to review the course details, schedules, and requirements carefully before proceeding with payment.

3. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways. We do not store any card or sensitive financial data on our servers.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or cancellations will only be considered under the following exceptional scenarios:

• Duplicate payment made for the same service
• Technical error during payment processing (subject to verification)

Any such request must be made in writing to info@phntechnology.com within 48 hours of the transaction, along with complete transaction details. Approval of such requests is solely at the discretion of PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd.

5. Rights and Responsibilities

• PHN Technology reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule any training or workshop under unavoidable circumstances.
• In such cases, affected participants will be accommodated in a future batch with no additional cost.
• PHN Technology reserves all rights related to course structure, delivery format, faculty allocation, and certification issuance.

Interpretation: Words with initial capital letters have meanings defined under this section. These definitions apply whether they appear in singular or plural form.

Definitions:

• “Company” refers to PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd.
• “Service” refers to all offerings including training, certification, and workshops provided by the Company.

• “You” means the individual or entity using our services or accessing the Website.
• “Order” means a formal request by You to purchase a Service from Us.
