Dr. Punyashree Panda is a distinguished academic and global thought leader in the fields of postcolonial literature, environmental humanities, and English communication for technology and management. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at IIT Bhubaneswar, Dr. Panda has dedicated over two decades to teaching, research, and training, shaping critical thinking and ethical leadership across technical institutions.
She holds a Ph.D. in English from Berhampur University, with a research focus on Contemporary Native Fiction of the U.S. and Canada, and has earned multiple international fellowships and grants—including from Harvard University, Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute, and WISC, USA.
With 43+ international and national research publications, numerous book chapters, edited volumes, and a global footprint in academic conferences, Dr. Panda is widely recognized for her contributions to memory studies, eco-criticism, indigenous literature, and gender studies. She has also designed and conducted AICTE-funded FDPs, GIAN programs, and international symposiums on communication, literature, and innovation.
