About the Role
PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and technically strong AI/ML & IoT Lead Instructor to lead our training initiatives across premier institutes, engineering colleges, and schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and the Internet of Things, outstanding communication skills, and a flair for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Training Sessions
Conduct engaging and high-impact AIML and IoT lead trainings across colleges, schools, and premier institutions PAN India.
- Mentorship & Team Training
Train, guide, and mentor junior trainers from PHN Technology, ensuring content and delivery consistency in AI/ML and IoT.
- Content Development
Develop and continuously update training materials, live projects, and demos, focusing on real-world AI IoT use cases and practical implementations.
- Travel Readiness
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India for conducting workshops and sessions as per schedule.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Data Science/ Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong technical foundation and proven hands-on experience in both AI/ML and IoT concepts and technologies.
- Ability to guide students in building integrated AIoT projects.
- Must be able to confidently explain and simplify complex AI, ML, and IoT concepts, including their interdependencies and applications, for diverse age groups and academic levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong planning and time management abilities.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Comfortable handling large groups and tailoring delivery methods to suit different institutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management handling clients, academic institutions, and internal teams.
- Willingness to take up training responsibilities as required.
