About the Role
PHN Technology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and technically strong Design and Manufacturing Lead Instructor to lead our training initiatives across premier institutes, engineering colleges, and schools across India. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CAD, CAM, CAE, 3D Design, and 3D Printing, outstanding communication skills, and a flair for teaching and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Training Sessions
Deliver engaging and practical trainings covering CAD, CAM, CAE, 3D design and 3D printing across colleges, schools, and premier institutions.
- Mentorship & Team Development
Train, guide, and mentor junior trainers from PHN Technology, ensuring content and delivery consistency.
- Industry-Aligned Content Creation
Continuously update training materials in line with the latest trends in mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and additive technologies.
- Travel Readiness
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India for conducting workshops and sessions as per schedule.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Robotics/Production Engineering or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in CAD tools, CAM, CAE, 3D printing.
- Must be able to confidently explain and simplify any concept in the mentioned technologies for diverse age groups and academic levels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and written).
- Strong planning and time management abilities.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Comfortable handling large groups and tailoring delivery methods to suit different institutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management handling clients, academic institutions, and internal teams.
- Willingness to take up training responsibilities as required.
