About the Role
The Senior Educational Counsellor will conduct career counselling for students and parents, convert leads into admissions, build institutional relationships, and contribute to strategic student acquisition and curriculum improvements. This role requires consultative guidance, relationship management, and achievement of enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Parents/Student Counselling & Admissions
Conduct career counselling sessions for students and parents (online/offline). Explain program structure, curriculum, certifications, placements, and career outcomes. Convert high-intent leads into successful admissions.
- Outreach & Relationship Management
Build relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and education fairs for lead generation. Work closely with corporates for career-pathway alignment.
- Strategic Sales & Conversions
Achieve monthly/annual admission targets. Collaborate with marketing to refine student acquisition funnels.
- Mentoring & Team Contribution
Provide feedback to curriculum and placement teams based on student queries.

- Strong communication in English, Hindi, and regional languages
- Consultative, empathetic, and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- Ability to counsel parents as key decision-makers
