About the Role
To identify and pursue government tender opportunities, prepare required documents such as RFPs and RFQs, and ensure timely and compliant submission of tenders to maximize business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Identification & Hunting
Monitor and track government tender portals, analyze tender notifications, and maintain a database of relevant tenders.
- Tender Documentation & Preparation
Prepare and manage RFPs, RFQs, and other tender documents while coordinating with internal teams.
- Tender Submission & Filing
Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain records of submissions and acknowledgements.
- Compliance & Follow-Up
Track tender evaluation status, respond to clarifications, and assist in post-tender processes.
- Reporting & Coordination
Prepare tender activity reports and coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of government tendering processes and procurement rules
- Experience in preparing RFPs, RFQs, technical and commercial proposals
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using government tender portals
- Basic knowledge of legal and compliance requirements
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
