Key Responsibilities
- Technology Training Delivery
Deliver interactive training sessions on AI, Robotics, IoT, and Embedded Systems to students and teachers.
- Program Implementation & Engagement
Proactively visit and engage with schools and colleges in your assigned territory to implement training programs and ensure effective execution. Customize learning experiences based on institutional needs and conduct workshops to promote 21st-century skills among students.
- Regional Operational Management
Oversee and manage operational activities within your region. Coordinate with school and college authorities, report program progress, and support lab setups.
- Innovation & Solution Development
Innovate new ideas for training delivery and curriculum engagement. Identify real-life problems and actively participate in solution development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.
- Leadership and decision-making skills; ability to coordinate at the regional level.
- Adaptive thinking and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- Fluency in English and local language (spoken and written).
- Well-groomed, confident, dynamic, and people oriented.
